Got Your Back is supported solely by local businesses, churches, social organizations and private individuals who are committed to fighting childhood hunger with their time and resources. The Got Your Back project is having a significant impact in the lives of those children fortunate enough to take part in it, but the need here in San Diego County is enormous and we have only begun to scratch the surface. There is so much more to do and we need your help to do it.

The most rewarding moment in most people’s lives is when they make a significant impact on the lives of others by volunteering or giving to a good cause. Donating and volunteering can have a profound, lifelong effect, not only on those who benefit from your generosity, but on you as well.

Every gift you give helps a child thrive in many ways. When you give, you not only help fill the bellies of young children, you help them academically, socially, physically, and mentally. Even a small donation can make a big difference. Just $30 a month – $1.00 a day – ensures a child has 6 nutritious meals every weekend.

Partner with Got Your Back by sponsoring one or more children through a Monthly Sponsor plan. By becoming a Sponsor, you ensure that each child you support receives 6 nutritious meals every weekend.

3. GIFTS IN-KIND

Financial donations are not the only thing you can donate to fight childhood hunger. Gifts In-Kind (items that can be converted to cash) are a great way to support your favorite charity.
